Making SMART even Smarter for your Customers

We wanted to make the claims process for SMART insurance even easier and thought it would be a real bonus for your SMART customers if we could give them a really straightforward way of making their SMART claims direct from their phone (or tablet) at any time, day or night with no need to call us.

So we developed a SMART claims app

It couldn’t be simpler; your customer completes just a few details on their smartphone. They then indicate where the damage to their car is located and upload supporting images – job done. It’s intuitive, so no instructions are needed and the customer gets a message back immediately indicating whether their claim is likely to be approved or rejected with details of their claim. No fuss. If approved we will arrange the repair at their home or work address to suit them.

Hopefully you’re as excited as we are about this massive improvement. It represents yet another USP to AutoProtect’s SMART insurance facility.

How will claimants discover the app?

Over the next few weeks we’ll be updating the claims process on our terms and conditions to mention the new claims process. Until then our inbound call lines have been updated to advise on the easiest way to get hold of the iOS or Android app.
