Winning the Used Car Dealer Group of the Year award at this year’s Motor Trader Awards very evidently demonstrates you are doing something right. Standing out to a team of very experienced industry judges is never easy; this case study provides some clear insights into HPL’s success.

Evolution, agility and customer-centricity are the characteristics that stand out for me. While these may not jump off the page in terms of the disruptive messages that often make headlines from new entrants, we see a strategic and tactical approach that delivers stellar profits and a commitment to continuing investment and further growth.

Jonathan Herman and his team are to be applauded; like so many retailers over the last eighteen months, they have kept moving forward, adapting and evolving in challenging times.
